Who we serve / Lead marketers & TPMOs

Sell a lead buyers will pay more for.

Your consumers want to know which plan is right for them before they talk to anyone. Give them that answer right after they raise a hand, and pass it along with the lead. Buyers get a consumer who is closer to a decision; you get a premium product in a commoditized market.

The economics

A plan-aligned lead is worth more to the buyer

An agent or agency gains about $236–$321 per aligned enrollment from higher close rates, time saved and renewals kept. Each aligned lead is worth that amount times the share of leads that enroll, which is why transfers and appointments carry the largest premiums.

As aligned-versus-standard results build, buyers move from paying part of that value toward most of it.

Added value to the buyer. Not counted: higher contact rates, fewer returned leads and differentiation.

Two rules that make it pay

Capture first. Charge a real premium.

Capture first, align right after

Collect the consumer’s contact information before alignment, so alignment never costs you a lead. Using alignment as a gate on the form loses consumers who would otherwise have converted.

Price the lead for what it’s worth

Buyers can afford to pay more for plan-aligned leads because the value shows up in their close rates and renewals. Sell aligned leads as a distinct, premium product, and keep selling standard leads alongside them if you like.

Why it matters now

Lead quality is the business

Regulators, carriers and FMOs are all watching how Medicare consumers are marketed to. A consumer who opted in, saw every plan available to them and chose the ones that fit is the cleanest lead in the market, with a documented, needs-based reason attached.

  • A consumer-first story your pages can promise and deliver
  • Fewer returns and complaints from confused consumers
  • Leads that are easier to route to agents appointed with the consumer’s top plans
  • A record of the CMS pre-enrollment checks for every aligned lead

Common questions

Won’t an extra step cost us leads?

Not if the consumer’s contact information is captured first and alignment runs right after. Alignment should never gate the form.

Does this replace the agent?

No. The consumer reaches the agent already knowing which plans fit. The agent still advises, confirms, enrolls and serves.

Are plans ranked by who pays?

Never. Plans are ranked by the consumer’s own expected costs. Any filters, such as a buyer’s appointed carriers, are disclosed choices.

Can we keep selling standard leads?

Yes. Many marketers offer aligned leads as a premium tier alongside their existing products.
